In traditional kava drinking societies, people would often sit in a circle to prepare and consume kava together. The circle is also an important facet to many traditional kava ceremonies, which contain great cultural importance to people within the South Pacific Islands.

We come together on Thursdays at Karuna Kava Circle because it is a time for us to check in, relax, socialize, and reconnect with our bodies. We enjoy a more traditional preparation of kava together, talk a bit about the tradition of kava, benefits of kava, and joys of kava. All ages are welcome. The kava circle is a donation based event, with a suggested donation of $15.
